CHAP. 352.— An act for the relief of William. F. C, Nindemann, formerly a sea-man in the Navy.March 1, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William F. C. Nindemann. Payment to. That the proper accounting officers of the Treasury of the United States be, and they are hereby, authorized and required to readjust the accounts of William F. C. Nindemann, formerly a seaman in the Navy of the United States, serving on board the Arctic exploring Steamer Jeannette, and to pay to him, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the difference between the pay of a seaman and the pay of a carpenter in the Navy from the twenty-ninth day of June, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, to the first day of June, eighteen hundred and eighty-three.
