CHAP. 349.— An act for the relief of Alfred Breuer.March 1, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Alfred Breuer. Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of the Navy be. and he hereby is. authorized and directed to remove from the records the charge of desertion against Alfred Breuer, late of the United States Marine Corps: and thereupon the said Alfred Breuer shall be restored to all rights and privileges as fully as if said charge of desertion had never existed. Approved, March 1, 1889.
