CHAP. 339.— An act granting a pension to Theresia Fichter.March 1, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Theresia Fichter. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Theresia Fichter, widow of Paul Fichter, late of Company E, of the Fifth Regiment of Pennsylvania Cavalry Volunteers. Approved, March 1, 1889.
