Dickey.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be. and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay to Thomas C. Dickey, late postmaster at Murphy, North Carolina, the sum of two hundred and seventy five dollars, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, Approved, May 28, 1888.
