CHAP. 329.— An Act granting a pension to Emma Von Bernewitz.May 28, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Emma Von Bernewitz.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma Von Bernewitz, a nurse in the Medical Department, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 28, 1888.
