CHAP. 329.— An act authorizing the Secretary of the Treasury to sell block of land one hundred and eight in the city of Houston. Texas.March 1, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Houston, Tex. Sale of block of land in. authorized. That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized to sell, either at private or public sale, the interest held by the United States in and to block one hundred and eight, situated in the city of Houston. Texas, on the south side of Buffalo Bayou, and to make a quitclaim deed to the purchaser thereof. Approved, March 1, 1889.
