CHAP. 316.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of John Rutledge of South Carolina.May 25, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Rutledge.Political disabilities removed. That John Rutledge of the State of South Carolina be and he is hereby relieved of all political disabilities imposed upon him by the third section of the fourteenth article of the amendments to the Constitution of the United States. Approved, May 25, 1888.
