CHAP. 305.— An act granting a pension to William Logan.February 28, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Logan. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Logan, late a teamster in the Quartermaster’s Department. United States Army, with the same rate of pension to which a private soldier would be entitled for like disabilities. Received by the President February 16, 1889.
