CHAP. 303.— An Act granting an increase of pension to William Irving.May 21, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Irving.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Irving, late lieutenant-colonel of the Thirty-eighth Ohio Veteran Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension of forty-nine dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, May 21, 1888.
