CHAP. 300.— An act granting a pension to Mrs. Nancy Smith.February 26, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Nancy Smith. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Mrs. Nancy Smith, daughter of the late Major Charles Fuller, of the Fourth Infantry Regiment United States Army, and pay her at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 26, 1889.
