CHAP. 30.— An act granting a pension to Henry Sommers.January 15, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry Sommers. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to increase to thirty dollars per month the pension of Henry Sommers, late of Company H, Fifth Regiment United States Artillery, for loss of left arm incurred while an employee of the Quartermaster’s Department, under Colonel A. J. Donaldson, United States Army. Approved, January 15, 1889.
