CHAP. 295.— An act granting a pension to Mary Calvert Truxtun.February 26, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slides of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Calvert Truxton. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Calvert Truxtun. widow of the late Commodore William T. Truxtun. of the United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month; said pension to be in lieu of her present pension, Approved, February 26, 1889.
