CHAP. 293.— An act granting a pension to Mrs. Mary Heap Nicholson.February 26, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slides of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Heap Nicholson. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Heap Nicholson, widow of James W. A. Nicholson, late rear-admiral (retired) of the United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month from the date of the passage of this act. Approved, February 26, 1889.
