CHAP. 291.— An act granting a pension to John Fagan.February 26, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slides of America in Congress assembled*,John Fagan. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Fagan, late of Company H, Seventh Regiment Pennsylvania Reserves.
