CHAP. 291.— An Act granting a pension to Nancy Van Dyne.May 18, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Nancy Van Dyne.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Nancy Van Dyne, mother of James B. Van Dyne, who was a private in Company B. Thirty-third New York Volunteers, and late orderly sergeant in Company I, First Regiment New York Veteran Cavalry, subject to the provisions and limitations of the of the pension laws. Approved, May 18, 1888.
