CHAP. 29.— An act granting a pension to Baker Saine.January 15, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Baker Saine. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Baker Saine, of Fort Seneca. Seneca County. Ohio, late a private in Company K, Forty-ninth Ohio Volunteer Infantry. Approved, January 15, 1889.
