CHAP. 286.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. Lepha A. Osborn.May 18, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lepha A. Osborn.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Mrs. Lepha A. Osborn, widow of Henry A. Osborn, late corporal Company C. One hundred and eleventh Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers. and of Company E. One hundred and twenty-eighth Ohio Infantry Volunteers, on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the general pension laws. Approved, May 18, 1888.
