CHAP. 284.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Charles H. Smith.May 18, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles H. Smith.Pension increased. That the present pension of Charles H. Smith, late corporal. Company K. Seventy-sixth New York Volunteers, be increased from thirty-one dollars and twenty-five cents to seventy-two dollars per month, and that the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place his name on the pension-roll at the increased rate above mentioned. Approved, May 18, 1888.
