CHAP. 281.— An act for the relief of Emily Cross.February 26, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slides of America in Congress assembled*,Emily Cross. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emily Cross, mother of Robert S. Cross late private of Company F, Thirtieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry. Approved, February 26, 1889.
