CHAP. 28.— An Act for the relief of Andrew J. Lindsay.March 7, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Andrew J. Lindsay.Political disabilities removed. That Andrew J. Lindsay, of the State of Missouri, is hereby relieved of all political disabilities imposed upon him by the third section of the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States.
