CHAP. 274.— An act granting a pension to J. D. Haworth.February 25, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slides of America in Congress assembled*,J. D. Haworth. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of J. D. Haworth, late a member of Company H, Thirty-third Regiment of Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and who was transferred on account of disability to Company H, Twenty-first Veteran Reserve Corps, Received by the President February 13, 1889
