CHAP. 272.— An act granting an increase of pension to Patrick Geraghty.February 25, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slides of America in Congress assembled*,Patrick Geraghty. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Patrick Geraghty, late a private of Company G. Fourth Regiment United States Cavalry, at the rate of eight dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, February 25, 1889.
