CHAP. 271.— An act granting an increase of pension to Leonard Schaefer.February 25, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slides of America in Congress assembled*,Leonard Schaefer. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Leonard Schaefer, late a private in Company C, Twenty-fifth Regiment Connecticut Infantry Volunteers, and pay him a pension for rheumatism, in addition to the pension now received for wound of abdomen. Approved, February 25, 1889.
