CHAP. 271.— An Act granting a pension to Joseph Perry.May 18, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph Perry.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Joseph Perry, of Dearborn County, Indiana, late a private in Captain Joseph H. Burkam’s company, Twelfth Regiment of Indiana Militia, on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations of the pension laws, the said Joseph Perry having been disabled while in the line of duty in the military service in the late war. Approved, May 18, 1888.
