CHAP. 267.— An act granting a pension to Ester Gaven.February 25, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slides of America in Congress assembled*,Ester Gaven. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll the name of Ester Gaven, mother of Bernard Gaven, late private in Company D. Seventy-first Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, February 25, 1889.
