CHAP. 266.— An act granting a pension to Annie Balser.February 25, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slides of America in Congress assembled*,Annie Balser. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place upon the pension-roll, at eighteen dollars per month, the name of Annie Balser, the helpless and invalid daughter of William Balser, late a member of Company F, Nineteenth Wisconsin Infantry, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, and pay the same to her legally constituted guardian. Approved, February 25, 1889.
