CHAP. 264.— An act granting a pension to James Metcalf.February 25, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slides of America in Congress assembled*,James Metcalf. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of James Metcalf, father of James A. Met-calf, late of Company E, Second New York Cavalry Volunteers Approved, February 25, 1889.
