CHAP. 263.— An Act granting a pension to John H. Sayers.May 17, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John H. Sayers.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John H. Sayers, late captain of Company H, Twenty-sixth Regiment of Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and that he be allowed and paid a pension according to his rank, as provided by law. Approved, May 17, 1888.
