CHAP. 261.— An Act to provide for holding the circuit and district courts of the United States at Martinsburgh in the district of West Virginia.May 17, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,West Virginia.Term of court at Martinsburgh.[R. S., sec. 572. p. 101](/us/rs/t/s572/p101).[R. S., sec. 658. p. 123](/us/rs/t/s658/p123). That, in addition to the terms of the circuit and district courts of the United States, now held in the district of West Virginia, there shall be held, in each year, one term of each of said courts, at Martinsburgh. in said district, on the first Tuesday in August.
