CHAP. 258.— An act granting a pension to Mary Whitney.February 25, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slides of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Whitney. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Whitney, widow of William E. Whitney, late a private in Company I, Twenty-first Michigan Infantry. Approved, February 25, 1889.
