CHAP. 257.— An act granting a pension to Mary H. Stacy.February 25, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slides of America in Congress assembled*,Mary H. Stacy. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roil the name of Mary H. Stacy, widow of Brevet Lieutenant-Colonel M. H. Stacy, late a captain in the Twelfth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month from and after the passage of this act. Approved, February 25, 1889.
