CHAP. 256.— An Act for the relief of William P. Gorsuch.May 15, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William P. Gorsuch.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be. and he is hereby, directed to pay William P. Gorsuch, of Carroll county, Maryland, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three hundred dollars, the amount paid by him for commutation, he having been drafted into the military service of the United States after he had arrived at the age of forty-five years. Approved, May 15, 1888.
