CHAP. 254.— An act for the relief of the heirs of George W. Sampson and Benjamin Henricks, of Austin, Texas.February 25, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slides of America in Congress assembled*,George W. Sampson and Benjamin Henricks. Payment to heirs of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay one thousand dollars to the heirs of George W.
Sampson and Benjamin Henricks, of Austin Texas, as compensation for the use of a court-room and offices for the marshal and clerk of the United States district court of the western district of Texas, from the first day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-five to the first day of July eighteen hundred and sixty-six.
