CHAP. 25.— An act granting a pension to William H. Starr.January 15, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William H. Starr. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be directed to place the name of William H. Starr late a private in Company D. Eighth Illinois Infantry Volunteers, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, January 15, 1889.
