CHAP. 249.— An act granting a pension to Dorcus Alford.February 25, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Dorcus Alford. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Dorcus Alford, of Fulton County. Georgia, widow of James Alford, ensign in the Creek Indian war of eighteen hundred and thirty-six. Approved, February 25, 1889.
