CHAP. 248.— An act granting a pension to John Ebert.February 25, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Ebert. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place 1291 on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Ebert, late a private in Company A, One hundred and fourteenth Regiment Ohio Volunteers. Approved, February 25, 1889.
