CHAP. 242.— An Act to provide for a light-house at Newport News, Middle Ground, Virginia.May 14, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Newport News, Va.Light-house authorized at Middle Ground. That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to cause a lighthouse to be constructed at Newport News, Middle Ground, Virginia. Approved, May 14, 1888.
