CHAP. 242.— An act for the relief of Thomas Lannigan.February 25, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas Lannigan. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Thomas Lannigan the sum of one hundred dollars, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the same being the amount standing to the credit of said Lannigan on the books of the Treasury of the United States, as shown by page nine, House of Representatives Executive Document Number Three Hundred and Sixty-three, first session Forty-ninth Congress.
