CHAP. 231.— An act to pension Thomas Davey.February 23, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas Davey. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas Davey, late of Company D. Sixteenth Michigan Volunteers, in the late war for the Union, and to pay him a pension of thirty dollars per month from the date of the passage of this act. Approved, February 23, 1889.
