CHAP. 221.— An act granting a pension to Isham T. Howze.February 23, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Isham T. Howze. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Isham T. Howze, who served in Captain Gunn’s company, from the State of Alabama, Indian war, eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and to pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, February 23, 1889.
