CHAP. 221.— An Act granting a pension to Theodore Gardner.May 1, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Theodore Gardner.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Theodore Gardner, late sergeant First Battery Kansas Volunteers, at the rate of seventeen dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he now receives. Approved, May 1, 1888.
