CHAP. 220.— An act granting a pension to Elisha C. Paschal.February 23, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elisha C. Paschal. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Elisha C. Paschal, who served in Captain Gunn’s company, from the State of Alabama, Indian war, eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and to pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, February 23, 1889.
