CHAP. 218.— An act granting a pension to Otho G. Hendrix.February 23, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Otho G. Hendrix. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll the name of Otho G. Hendrix, late an artificer in Company A, United States Veteran Volunteer Engineers, and pay him a pension, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, February 23, 1889.
