CHAP. 216.— An act increasing the pension to Lyman D. Green.February 23, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lyman P. Green. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Lyman D. Green, late of Company F, One hundred and forty-eighth Regiment New York Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty-five dollars per month. Approved, February 23, 1889.
