CHAP. 214.— An Act appropriating the sum of fifty-two thousand dollars for the enlargement and improvement of the United States Government building at Charleston, West VirginiaMay 1, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charleston, W. Va.Public building. That the sum of fifty-two thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, to be paid out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise Appropriation to enlarge and improve.appropriated, for the enlargement and improvement of the United States Government building at Charleston, West Virginia: such enlargement and improvement to be made under plans and specifications approved by the Secretary of the Treasury.
