CHAP. 213.— An act to increase the pension of Mrs. Fannie A. Boyd, widow of Captain O. B. Boyd.February 23, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Fannie A. Boyd. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Fannie A. Boyd, widow of Captain 0. B. Boyd. Eighth United States Cavalry, to forty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension she is now receiving, to date from the passage of this act. Approved, February 23, 1889.
