CHAP. 211.— An act granting a pension to Elias J. Kenaday.February 23, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elias J. Kenaday. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Elias J. Kenaday, in Captain James H. Morgan’s company of Iowa Mounted Volunteers in the war with Mexico, and pay him a pension of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 23, 1889.
