CHAP. 210.— An act to increase the pension of Sterne H. Fowler.February 23, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sterne H. Fowler. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Sterne H. Fowler to sixteen dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, in lieu of the pension now paid him. Approved, February 23, 1889.
