CHAP. 202.— An Act granting a pension to Helen M. Randolph.April 25, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Helen M. Randolph.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Helen M. Randolph, widow of John S. Randolph, late of Company I, Thirty-fourth Regiment New York Volunteers, and of Company G, One hundred and eighty-ninth Regiment New York Volunteers. Approved, April 25, 1888.
