CHAP. 201.— An Act to grant pension to Oscar F. Carpenter, Eleventh Independent Battery of Ohio Light Artillery.April 25, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Oscar F. Carpenter.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the restrictions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Oscar F. Carpenter, late of the Eleventh Independent Battery of Ohio Light Artillery, for a wound of the right leg, accidentally inflicted in camp in December, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, by a pistol in the hands of a comrade.
